Class Schedule

For scheduling, if you would like to book one class - one time, you can click on the class title in the “Week of” Schedule. If you would like to book the same class - recurring, note when the class is, scroll down and book under "Book Class Recurring". Please read the additional information below.

Class Information

  • If you are a new client and going to take a group exercise class or 1 on 1 - you MUST go to the new client tab and fill out PRIOR to signing up the New Client Health Intake Form.

  • Go to the scheduling tab, then click either classes or individual sessions. Find the scheduling box to book appointments. Once you get to the scheduling box, it is recommended to make an acuity scheduling account.

    • Click the sign up in the top right corner of the scheduling box. You can save your form of payment, easily book additional appointments, and see upcoming appointments.

    Prior to booking any appointments, be sure to have read and agreed with the terms & conditions + privacy policy pages.

    To book recurring classes, do not click the links from the weekly class schedule. Click HERE, find the class you want to book recurring, select your appointment type, click the date and time, click select and make recurring. Choose the proper repeat listing and times to repeat, then click see availability, after that click add appointments in the top right and click continue to checkout.

    You can only book one type of appointment service at once. You can book multiple recurring appointments of the same service, but not different services/classes at once.

    A zoom link will be sent in the initial confirmation email if you are scheduling a group exercise or educational classes. For any 1 on 1 sessions, Katie will send a Zoom link post booking to your email!

  • If you read Katie's philosophy page, you will know that she is a mastermind of adapting exercise for every body.

    All that to say, some classes have a different training style and definitely much more challenges exercises. Each class is assigned an initial level. Katie can adapt for all, but if you are relatively sedentary, it is not initially recommended you book a L3 class. If you book an L1 class, don't expect an L3 style!

    When booking a class, please don't think that L3 classes are necessarily the BEST or MOST EFFECTIVE. The classes just have different starting points and intentions.

  • L1 - Beginner Level

    These classes are designed for new exercisers, older adults, or individuals with movement challenges.  Format will have more seated activity.

    L2 - Intermediate Level

    These classes are designed for a range of fitness levels. Katie will offer modifications to accommodate fitness abilities, but it can be assumed that there will be a 50/50 mix of seated and standing movements. Beginners can still feel comfortable in these classes.

    L3 - Advanced Level

    These classes are designed for higher fitness levels and/or prior exercise experience in a similar format. Be expected to have little automatically programmed seated movements and higher intensity demands and advanced exercises.

  • All classes are conducted via Zoom.

    When you sign up and pay for the class, you will get a zoom link in the confirmation email.

    Please note, this schedule has been created prior to the beginning of the month.

    If you click on the name of the class, it should take you to a direct booking link for the class you clicked on.

    If the same class is offered weekly, you can book the class recurring.

    Please note that during most classes, there will be music playing as in any group exercise class.
