No problem! Katie designs your custom workout plan specifically to suit your situation. Your workouts incorporate wherever you prefer to exercise and whatever equipment you have available to you — from being at home with no equipment, to being at a gym fully-stocked with the latest gear, and everywhere in-between. Katie can include outdoor movement and group fitness classes as well. The goal is to create a convenient and realistic movement routine that you can stick to.

What if I have an injury or special needs?

If your medical professional has cleared you for movement and exercise then working with Katie will be highly beneficial for preventing or managing many common chronic conditions and injuries. Katie will build your movement routine to meet your specific needs.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, Katie requires 24 hours notice in advance or you will still be charged and unable to reschedule/change the appointment.
